Teradata launches customer journey analytics solution


Marketers looking for more insights into how individual customers behave have a new tech solution to help them out, as big data analytics company Teradata unveils a new customer journey analytics offering.

The Teradata Customer Journey Analytic Solution gives marketers the ability to focus on the behavioral paths of each individual customer to determine the best interactions and consistent brand experiences across channels.

The new solution integrates customer data in real-time, giving marketers a complete view of individual customers by integrating that data regardless of where the data is generated or stored. The Teradata Customer Journey Analytic Solution also captures real-time digital and offline interactions from the web, mobile or payment systems.

Pathing analytics are leveraged to string customer events together, providing marketers with a unique behavioral view of each customer and delivering personalized, individual messages to them. The solution also enables a wide range of advanced predictive, descriptive and prescriptive analytic techniques, with machine learning to aid in real-time decision-making, according to Teradata.
